The Peshawar White poppy is a refined heirloom variety known for its soft white petals and subtle elegance. With a clean, minimal appearance contrasted by a delicate central eye, this cultivar stands apart for its understated beauty while maintaining the resilience and adaptability of traditional Papaver somniferum lines.
Historical Overview & Origin
Named after the historic region of Peshawar, located in modern-day Pakistan near the Afghanistan border, this variety is believed to trace its lineage to Central and South Asian cultivation zones long associated with poppy agriculture. These regions have played a significant role in preserving and passing down unique poppy genetics over generations.
White-flowered poppies have traditionally been valued for their purity of form and symbolic meaning, often associated with peace, stillness, and simplicity. In contrast to the bold reds and deep purples found in other regional varieties, Peshawar White represents a more refined expression of the species.

Great genetics
Great genetics. I used to buy from Mushie Underground before Carl passed away RIP, he had some really cool genetics. After that I tried Inoculate the World which was a complete disappointment. Half the stuff didnt look like what it was even supposed to be and all lacking in potency. Tanasi is the real deal and I can say this after trying most of the genetics he sells. Buyer beware some of these shrooms are seriously strong, know what you are growing and Tanasi provides great info on each strain. He also loads up the LC in the syringes, more than either other vendor I mentioned. All in all, best place I have found for genetics these days.
