Our Story

Tanasi Gardens was built from experience. With over 13 years of hands-on work in natural medicine cultivation, my path into genetics and education wasn’t something that grew overnight. It grew out of seeing first hand over the course of my whole life. After combat service, I found myself living with PTSD and a traumatic brain injury (TBI), navigating a system that often relied heavily on prescriptions and temporary fixes. Like many veterans, I reached a point where I knew I needed something different, something that helped me feel present, grounded, and whole again.

Through careful exploration, discipline, and respect for the process, I discovered that certain sacred natural medicines, when approached intentionally and responsibly, offered me a higher quality of life. They didn’t erase the past, but they helped me reconnect with myself, regain balance, and build routines that supported healing instead of numbing.

What began as personal healing slowly became a deeper responsibility.

Over the years, my work evolved into a commitment to genetic integrity, clean cultivation practices, and education. With Tanasi Gardens, the art and science of genetics come together in a laboratory environment focused on quality, consistency, and safety. Every genetic offering reflects my passion and high attention to detail. I have a connection that I hold sacred from my real-world testing and experiences. These methods I trust because I use them myself.

Education has always been a center to this mission. I believe strongly that access without understanding does more harm than good. Through long-form podcasts, discussions, and shared experiences, we talk openly about cultivation, preparation, responsibility, and integration. This is about helping people make informed decisions and learn how to work with these medicines in a way that’s respectful and safe.

I don’t claim that this path is for everyone, and I don’t believe there’s a single solution to healing. But I do believe people deserve options, knowledge, and honest guidance. Especially those who feel stuck cycling through systems that don’t fully address the root of what they’re dealing with.

Tanasi Gardens exists to support that exploration:
through high-quality genetics, through education,
and through sharing real experience. I go beyond just selling products.

Whether you’re a beginner, an experienced cultivator, or someone quietly searching for an alternative path beyond pills and protocols, my goal is simple: to share what’s helped me, so others can decide for themselves what might help them move forward.
