Physical Description:

• Typically grows to a height of 3–6 meters with multiple upright stems.
• Characterized by its bluish-green coloration and waxy, glaucous surface, hence its nickname, “Blue Torch.”
• Features 6–9 ribs, with small, areole-spaced spines measuring up to 2.5 cm.
