Origin & Genetic Lineage
Bluey Vuitton is a boutique Psilocybe cubensis hybrid created in 2014 by a cultivator known as Silly Cybin in Santa Cruz, California. The strain was born from a Panama spore print gifted by a traveling transient and later crossed with Melmak PE, an ultra-potent Penis Envy mutant. The resulting genetics were refined over multiple generations, creating a strain known for its intensity, pigmentation, and consistent yields.

History & Community Spread
Though not widely mainstream, Bluey Vuitton has gained a strong following in boutique and underground genetic circles. It has circulated quietly through communities such as Basidium Equilibrium and Uncle Kief's lineup, becoming a favorite among experienced cultivators for its visual uniqueness, PE-like strength, and hybrid vigor.

Appearance & Morphology
Caps range medium to large in size and often display dramatic blue hues from turquoise to indigo. Some phenotypes show slight waviness or rippling, and rare albino or ghost-like variants have been reported. Stems are thick, dense, and heavily bruise blue, resembling the PE lineage but with improved symmetry. Spores are typically deep purple-brown, though some leucistic flushes may produce lighter prints.

Potency & Effects
Rated HIGH on the potency scale, Bluey Vuitton may sometimes reach into EXTREME territory depending on phenotype and growing conditions. Reported effects include vivid visuals, enhanced color saturation, creative stimulation, strong euphoria, and emotional catharsis. The experience is often described as similar in depth to Melmak PE but more colorful and less heavy.

Cultivation Notes
Bluey Vuitton colonizes at a medium-fast pace and prefers hydrated rye or millet grains. It performs well on CVG or dung-based substrates. Optimal fruiting occurs between 70–75°F with relative humidity between 80–90%. The strain tends to produce moderate yields with dense, high-quality fruits. Occasional albino or ghost phenotypes may appear.
